Governor Wike has done well by naming the Nigerian Law School, Port Harcourt Campus after Nebo Graham-Douglas, a very Competent Jurist.

I can remember Governor Wike donated a building for Law Department, Rivers State University, his alma mater.
He is even considering to help the New Department of Law, Uniport.
He has really tried.

How much of public fund was expended on this journey. So the problem of rivers state is so small that building and donating a multi-billion naira law school to the federal govt is now an achievement.

I think the standard of the building is commendable, but I have my reservations about governors(especially southern governors) who spend scarce state resources on things that ordinarily is the federal government's responsibility.

The governmenor should look around his immediate constituency and find practical means to pull citizens out of poverty.

Go get properly educated if you do not understand my point. There are thousand and one projects a state governor can embark on to benefit the state without doing things FG is ordinarily meant to do.

This is why the bulk of federal government investment is in the north. Southern governors need to learn to attract federal investments to their states rather than using state allocation to build federal projects.
