I am beginning to loose my respect for Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso. How on earth will another Northerner imagine himself being the President after Buhari?. Obi should jettison this guy and shop for another Northerner without delay. Kwankwaso is being overrated beyond his capacity. His votes are mainly in Kano State which is not enough to push him for presidency unlike Obi that the whole Nigerian youth wants.

Abdulmumin Jibrin says the proposed alliance between Rabiu Kwankwaso and Peter Obi is the south-east’s “best route” to producing a president.

Kwankwaso should kill that pride and accept to become Peter Obi's running mate for the betterment of Nigeria.

So that Tinubu will win abi, cos you one of those that don't like Peter Obi. We the Nigeria youths are wiser now, we are going to waste our votes on Obi.

That's it. Any arrangement built on injustice will not stand. It's south now till the next 8 years.

If Kwankwaso think himself too big for a vice, let him nominate a vice for Peter Obi like Tinubu did in 2015.
Tinubu didn't nominate Osinbanjo, infact he wanted to be vice president but Buhari didn't want a Muslim running mate.

In this same Nigeria
Dr Alex Ekwueme a cerebral Doctor was Vice to a Primary School Teacher Shagari
Dr Goodluck Jonathan was Vice to secondary Teacher Yaradua
Prof Yemi is vice to Buhari you know it all.

So why will Kwankwaso be feeling too big to be Obi's VP? Is it by age or anything? Kwankwaso graduated from HND as an Engineer. Everyone knows that.
yaradua was a lecturer, let's not distort facts pls

Rabiu Musas Kwankwaso alone will bring over 4 Million votes in Kano State, while his counterpart Obi, will struggle to bring 4 million votes in the whole of south east.
It's a fact that politics is a game of numbers and he who has the highest number of voters Carry's the day.
You think Peter Obi voters would come from the South East or Igbos only?

Maybe Kwansakos strength doesn't lie beyond Kano. But make no mistake to think PO supporters are only Igbos.

Everybody is greedy...even opposition...if you can't sacrifice then I dont see how either of you will get there...it's really sad because it's only Obi/Kwankwaso alliance or Kwankwaso/Obi alliance that can dislodge APC, yet no one is willing to sacrifice. They should learn, if Tinubu didn't sacrifice his ego, we would be talking of 23 years of PDP now....at some point u have to make sacrifice for the good of the nation...in the spirit of rotation, considering we would have had 8 years of a northerner being president by 2023,Kwankwaso can support Obi and build the party n whatever capacity and get the ticket after him. Obi seems to have more widespread acceptability right now...kwankwaso won't win NE, he won't even win d whole of NW, he will only put up a good show.
Good
When we talk about sacrifice is it a sacrilege for the north to sacrifice this once, why must it be 'after I will hand over to Igbo' is it a crime for Igbo to hand over to youhuh

Born to rule mentality is very dangerous, they are counting on millions of illiterate voters that dont know the name of party they're even voting for in the north.

Reason America introduced electoral college

I understand some of his supporters can be aggressive sometimes because of their burning desires to have Obi in Aso rock and the trust they have on him to bring good governance to the Nigeria people. Many sincere people supports Obi not based on tribal or religious sentiments, not even based on his supporters but based on the realization that Nigeria is collapsing before our very eyes, and failing to get it right this coming election will be the final doom for Nigerians. Among the 4 major candidates, only Obi is most qualified and capable to lead Nigeria at this critical time in our nation history.

This is what we call "Rubish statement"
Let each of them chose their various vice presidential Candidates and test their popularity, let me see how kwankwaso will see 3rd position,,
Kwankwaso no doubt is popular in the North but not in all parts, he is only influential in Kano, Jigawa some part of Katsina, which is only in North West,,
He isn't popular in North West and no body Know him in North Central ,
Let me save my breath concerning the entire South because some people are still asking who Kwankwaso is grin

And the presidency is coming to the South it's our turn ,the North just had 8 years,
The whole of South has competent people too

So in your mind you think Obi will never get any votes from the South West And South South, do you know the population of Igbos in Lagos alone? Even Sanwolu is not guaranteed the second term if Labour Party can present a worthy candidate in the next gubernatorial election.

If Obi wanted to be vice, he would have remained in PDP.

The only possibility of the allegiance is if Kwankwaso will accept to be the vice.
Anything less than that is unacceptable.
Let everyone test his popularity

Why is Kwanwaso feeling too big? Is Vice President not better than nothing? Because nothing is exactly what both he and Peter Obi will get if they don’t form this alliance to defeat the major parties. Plus he can’t expect Nigerians to vote for another northerner after 8 years of Buhari. Let him serve as Vice under Peter Obi then he can be the Labor party flag bearer in 2031. This makes the most sense.
Same arguemrmt you should use for Obi.

Am sure u don't know the number of president candidate we have currently and thier profiles.. and u need to understand that all of us can not reason same way. Others that are not close to obi may not see the quality you see in him.

Someone listed 7 reasons while Tinubu is good for the president which I agreed, but other that are not close to him might not see it.. likewise Kingsley mugalu ( from imo state).

Just that once Nigerians don't like you, they will never see any good reason about you. Obi is good, Tinubu is good, Kingsley is good. But to me, I want is power to shift to South.

If kwankwaso is VP to Obi, there is a big chance of him being the president after 8yrs,but if Obi is VP to Kwankwaso
what is the chance that Obi will be President.

Another story will come up.

What is this Jubril saying? Instead of him to beg Mr. Peter Obi to agree to accept Kwankwanso as vice, he is here saying otherwise. Is it logically right for North West to produce president back to back?; this Hausa have allowed Fulani to use their head. Hausa man dont see future. Obi that dis 8 years straight is far better to be president than Kwankwanso that did 4 years and did his other four years after 8 years.

My candid advice is let Peter Obi whose region has never produced President to do so and later let then do rotation.

Let me believe we didn't dash devil our soul.
Am very sure that's what south east want. One of my friends from East was even telling me that instead of Yoruba to be president, let north retain it.

And with the way peter obi supporters are doing. North will rule this country for many years and no tribe will leave.
Re: Jibrin: NNPP/LP Alliance Is South-East's Best Chance Of Producing President by Enumerator(m): 8:53pm On Jun 28, 2022
Simple!
1nice:
Peter Obi can never be Vice President to kwankwaso; God forbid.

Nigerians want Peter Obi as the next president of Nigeria come 2023, not kwankwaso.

Without kwankwaso in Labour Party Nigerians will still vote for Peter Obi and any other northerner politician Peter Obi choose as running mate. Labour Party became popular because of Peter Obi and not because of kwankwaso.
The people of Nigeria are supporting Peter Obi because they see him as the one who will make Nigeria a better place for Nigerians and foreigners to live in.

Labour party should forget kwankwaso and look for another northern politician who will serve as the running mate to Peter Obi.

Kwankwaso should kill that pride and accept to become Peter Obi's running mate for the betterment of Nigeria.
Kwankwaso’s track record of infrastructural development alone during his tenure not only dwarfs Obi’s, but reduces it to a speck in comparison.

Obi and his followers should instead bury their baseless delusions, over-bloated ego’s & unrealistic expectations and accept the most realistic path to Igbo presidency through Rabiu Musa.
