How long does it take to build new refineries? Empty headed GMD!

I don't blame him when they were only appointed on the basis of ethnic and religious sentiments, without any key performance indicators (KPIs). Otherwise, they would have been under pressure to deliver or shown the way out.

He is right. The politicians will allow the refineries work only if they want it to work. It's like a bad road which they refuse to fix cos if they fix it, they can no longer steal money on it.

Truth is,
Nigeria is seriously, covetiously and patiently waiting for Dangote's refinery to come up.

If one man can build a refinery from scratch...why can't the FG repair existing national refineries. Not build o, repair!
Its a shame on our leaders.
They don't truly love us like they claim, they love their pockets more.

The very greedy oil multi billionaires wouldn't stop doing all they can to see that Nigerian refineries will not work so that they will keep importing refined products from their foreign refineries and selling the products to the masses at exhorbitant prices.Na only God go help us.
