I have made a complaint by sending a mail to this their email address, with my info and screenshot of my payment status accordingly.

It depends but most times ones your payment status indicates "processing" all you have to do is wait until it becomes paid, although it might become failed if it is under processing for too long, just be optimistic, the point is even if you complain when your payment status is under processing nothing can be done until your payment progresses to the next stage, if it becomes failed then you lay your complain.

Exercise patience it will be resolved and re-initiated as backlog payment you will receive it during backlog payment, there are periods for backlog payments.
