1)what was she wearing?
2)why did she go to his room?
3)maybe she’s been eating his money as the good neighbor that he is

Don't allow police to call una for settlement or collect money from the rapist. He raped a minor.

1.Ensure that your sister doesn't wash off his semen as evidence
2. Take your sister to a government hospital for medicals & medical reports.
3. Take the medical report & your sister to the police. Ensure that you photocopied the medical reports .
I do hope you took the picture of your sister

immediately after the rape.
Then report the matter to National human rights Commission in your state so that police will not do anyhow with the matter. They will monitor the process
