Some years ago, naval officer felix odunlami's car was damaged in traffic by Okada rider Peter Edeh at Allen Avenue, Ikeja. Odunlami came down from his car in a rage, drew his service pistol and shot Edeh in the mouth, killing him instantly.

Odunlami is now serving a life sentence.

The law is the law. If any military officer misuses his government issued firearm, he should be prepared to face the consequences.

Halfway through the year 2022, and there’s already more than 300 mass shootings…
Chicago had more than 800 gun homicides in 2021, and over 1000 shootings by mid-year 2022.

This July 4th weekend alone, there’s been 57 shootings here in Chicago…
NO nation can “tackle it”, which is why NO other advanced nation follows the US gun access model.
