The last supper was had in the week of Passover.

The Passover regularly occurs on the 15th day of the Hebrew month of Nisan, so essentially, the last supper was had, on the sundown or sunset of the 14th day of the Hebrew month of Nisan, which is a Thursday

Jesus was slain as the Passover Lamb without spot or blemish and buried at 3PM on Thursday, now remember that Passover itself was observed on Nisan 15, the following day, Friday evening, all this in conjunction with the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread.

As I had earlier shared, thats how we have the two back-to-back sabbaths (i.e. a Friday annual Holy Convocation/Special Sabbath/High Sabbath, followed by the normal and regular Saturday weekly sabbath).
