I have this behavior of keeping spoon in my pocket... Even when I am not using it, I will just forget myself and keep spoon in my pocket.. Can you imagine cry

Where I work, I have been caught many times with spoon and it is very very embarrassing... No matter what I say, I feel embarrassed later on

How can I stop this attitude?

6 July 2022 as 8am, just this morning, my spoon found it way into my pocket again cry

It reveals two things about your personality.
That you're stingy with your spoon, and that you don't want any other person expect you to use the spoon.

Second, it shows you are a glutton.
And all of this mentioned started when you were too little.

To stop this habit you make effort to stop those two. grin

You must settle it in your mind that you want to stop it... Then you should make conscious efforts towards stopping it.
You can start by always checking your pockets at least every five minutes
