If you turn my fire extinguisher upside down or shake it. It spill the white powder from the nozzle.

I don't know if it's still good or just fake. The meter is still pointing to green bar.

Sorry, it's bad already.

That's how I was traveling around too with white powder until I decided to test it one day.

I got another one from the traffic.

it's bad. You can pull out the pin and try using it.

It's bad , get another before V I.O / FRSC use that to fine you ....

I don't even have one,all I have is a bar soap. I step on gas if I sight frsc 50 metres away. Even if speed breaker deh,I go turbo pass them.

Your extinguisher is bad but can be serviced. Obviously if you check the guage you would observe that the needle has dropped past the green mark that shows the extinguisher has lost pressure hence you are seeing those white powder. I would advice you take it to the nearest fire station so they can service it or you replace.
