Urgent urgent!!!

I just got my gcms note. I applied in 2018 through an agent and I want to reapply again this year, so I applied for a gcms note to know the main reason I was rejected back then. Gurus in the house, kindly explain this to me, I really don’t understand. Thanks.

Your agent did not pay for the last application or they paid and made a chargeback, either way it is not a good report, please confirm if you were not banned for the issue before submitting a new application, ascertain if they sent a procedural fairnesss letter to the agent as well then.

Good morning gurus in house please I need your advice on what to do with my next application with that my GCSM note.... please

The bias from the VO is just screaming from the notes, anyway, Please how is the sponsor related to you? You need to show how close you are to him or her with pictures/old monetary transfers from him/her to you and any other thing that shows you are close to him/her and you both know each other well.
Based on the notes, the VO is saying your own account does not have enough money, as if, if you had the money, will you need a sponsor. So you might need to show your own account no matter the funds you have in it and show that you have a job/business you are coming to back to after your studies.

Please wait for input from other members of the house.

You do not need to open a Canadian account before coming.

Generate payment advice on flywire or western Union Global pay or paymytuition etc, then fill form A to pay your school fees.

The guru in the house, please help a sister o, my application got refused on May 30 and my gcms is out. Was denied based on financial and personal asset, also home tie.
I used a third party sponsorship who is in Canada ( my Aunty)
For the home tie my family is not going with me,and it was stated in my leave letter that i am coming back. what again can i use.

Hi Kimberley,

This is actually easy to tackle, you need to show the source of income of your aunty in Canada, with evidence, even though the money is there the VO dey wonder how she take make the money.LOL

The other reason is just formality, your leave letter will suffice to clear that, so work on your aunty's source of funds and you are good to go.

I feel if it was a banned, it’ll be stated in the gcms note cause the eligibility side showed just “refused” and not “banned”.
And I’m not sure the agent wasn’t aware of it either cause he’ll definitely pay for it.

My application was handled by Mr Frank of F and R Global. When I wanted to start this process, I planned to use an agent from the get go because i wanted a smooth and successful application. My partner kept insisting on mr Frank, that she has read so many reviews on Nairaland and he’s the one she’ll work with.
So we contacted him and right from the first call until the final approval, I felt at ease. It was a smooth transition and as soon as all my docs he asked for were ready, he submitted immediately and did a few check-in with my partner (I have a tight schedule, so she was basically the point of contact).
There were some things we didn’t consider at first which I’m certain added to the successful approval of my study permit, Mr Frank brought a professional insight into this process.

Greetings NLs,

I have been receiving this message since Monday whenever I track my passport on vfsglobal, but their email says something different.

This is what I got on vfsglobal whenever I track my passport

"Visa application, tracking ID No.xxxxxxxxxx– Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office on 2022/07/06 to the Canada Visa Application Centre. Your decision envelope will be returned to you via the courier service offered by the VAC. Collection of decision envelopes in-person at the VAC is not permitted until further notice. Please refer to the “Buy Services” page of the VAC website for further information on courier services offered by the VAC.

This is the mail I received from the donotreply@vfsglobal

"The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. ******** has been received from the IRCC Office on Wed Jul 06 2022 and has been dispatched to the Canada Visa Application Centre Abuja OC.

Currently I don't know where to trace my passport to. Has anyone experienced this situation? If you can interpret the message, please help a brother.

Thank you and God bless you

My question is can I start mounting pressure on them immediately?. because I don sha go bank yesterday o lol.

Even the ADB lady that did the ADB_REVIEW said I should wait…

Because I don’t know how fast AccessBank is currently when it comes to FORM A

It is better for you to book a flight with your destination to New Brunswick. Don't think of using local flights from Toronto, Montreal or wherever, it is quite expensive. You will be shocked to pay about 1000 cad for flight and still pay for your bags seperately.

A procedural fairness letter is sent by an immigration officer. The officer sends that letter to allow a visa candidate to respond to a concern about the documents that have been submitted by a visa seeker. you usually have 15 days to prove your document is genuine

Hello everyone, I am here again.

Please I need your help. On IMM 1294 form, where it says cost of my studies,

1, do I need to sum up 1 year or 2 years for tuition and upkeep?
2, for the available funds, do I need to add up all I have paid in terms of tuition and available funds for my one year up keep and the available funds from my sponsors account all together?
3, let’s say my sponsor has 20M in his account after one year tuition has been paid, upkeep for one year has been set aside, does my sponsor need to quote his total balance of 20M or just put in the IMM form that amount that would be sufficient to take care of my tuition and upkeep for 2 years?

I hope I am making sense.

I need to submit today. This is my second application. Pls help me out. Thank you.

1. Sum up your tuition for 1 yr, 10k living expenses for a year, and also miscellaneous which is "other" (miscellaneous amount may defer from one person to another).
2. For your available funds I believe you should add the amount you've paid for your tuition and also the amount that would be available for you.
3. Just add up the amount you paid for your tuition and your sponsors available balance, that makes up your available balance.
