Please house my mum has an appointment with German embassy on the 11th of this month but the biggest problem now is that her passport is missing,we just searched where she kept it yesterday and found out it's missing, We have ransacked the entire house searching for it without any success. Please is there any alternative she can go with for the appointment?

I'll suggest you try more in your search but this time without anxiety..talk to her to remember some facts about the alternative places where she usually place(put) her passports.
There isn't any other alternative...

Mothers, she must have gone to hide it somewhere she cannot remember

Same happened to my mom, we ended up seeing it on the bed, covered with a bedspread that you won't know there's something there when you lay down

Check under the carpet or rug if you use any, in between the bed, inside the pillow case, under the sitting room chair, under her box of wrapper -if she is an igbo woman. I can guarantee you, it's not missing

Thanks for your reply,we are still searching but there's a slim chance the passport is in the house,I strongly suspect someone took the passport from where she kept it. I brought it here to know if there's any alternative.

She can apply for another one, but I think it can only be done at the Abuja office of the Nigerian Immigration Office.
