I don't know the student population but if we divide the population by 5 assuming 5 people in a family that is about 1.1 million family. if you have 2 school age per family you will have about 550K school age population. The 1.1billion is an average of #2000 per student per year. Given that my math is not scientific but rudimentary hence may not be 100% accurate, allocating #20,000 per child education is still far cry for what is needed for an average education.
We should stop defending politicians fallacious excuses when they make policy mistakes especially those that we support. It is through education that we can help our people.
