I am planning on visiting the UK too with my wife, a sister and my kid. We plan on visiting dubai for a week(staying in hotel), then moving to UK for another week where we will be staying with a friend before returning back home.

How easy will it be to get required visas(my wife retained her dad's name though we have a registry issued marriage cert) and i work with an IOC.

Purpose, eligibility and home ties should proceed financial considerations.
