No na, the information that these pictures are trying to depict is totally wrong. I lived in App resettlement for a couple of years and still maintain an apartment there, courtesy of the service. APO resettlement is made of very clean places that you'll marvel of truly it's a resettlement. From Gudu cementary to yayale estate, to efab, to prince and princess all those areas are Apo resettlement.
