Wow wasn't aware there's a federal character waiver when number to be recruited is low. But if that's so why did NERC still advertise recruitment for just about 65 slots and agencies like EFCC who are recruiting 500+ didn't?

I'd rather not say so as not to demotivate and because the figure may likely change. Just have faith and hold on to your connection. Also it's to your advantage if your discipline is accounting/finance related as I hear they are short-staffed with professionals in that area.

Cbn hopefuls, a lot is happening... I know someone who just got the apl and I heard that 'some' of the letters received as shown previously here dated 23rd June are for entry level positions, and that there's another batch loading for higher levels. This is all I know

Entry level- those with Bsc with little to no relevant work experience
Higher levels (experienced hire) - those with Bsc, years of relevant experience and/or advanced degrees and certifications like an Msc, Ican etc

He is right about the recruitment, it's happening 100%. However, what I'm not sure of is the number of people to be recruited and whether or not it's a replacement... my source stated a number far less than the 85 he quoted, as a result the exercise will mostly be underground due to federal characters waiver to not advertise because of the low number(among other things). I also don't know have far in the process they are right now.
