Re: How The Southwest Will Vote In 2023 by DontBullshitMe: 12:36am On Jun 20, 2022 |
Kyase: seunmsg: garfield1: I have gone through numerous predictions on this thread and I can only laugh. I believe majority of commenters are overestimating Tinubu's performance in SW. Though, I agree that he will win all six states in SW, I don't believe he will win convincingly like many of you are proposing. The reason for this is simple ; PDP is culturally strong in the SW and irrespective of the ethnicity of the contenders, they will always have an impressive outing. Also, consider that many strong SW politicians are running for House of Reps and Senate seats under PDP. These people will expressly campaign for PDP Presidency since the elections are the same day. It won't entirely be a tribal thing. So, I don't think Tinubu can get those 70%-80% votes I saw up there. He can do 60%-65% though. 4 Likes |
Re: How The Southwest Will Vote In 2023 by Kyase(m): 12:50am On Jun 20, 2022 |
DontBullshitMe:No, Tinubu would garner nothing less than 85% of south west votes, and you also wrong, 2023 will be all about ethnicity in the south, the only place I'm not sure for Tinubu is the south south, south east is a no go area Tinubu just need to perform very well in the North west to win the presidency If he can win at least 3 states there then he's winning the presidency |
