Yes, Lagos is better than all other states in Nigeria. I provided the link, don't be lazy and go through it your self.

Lagos is the smallest state in Nigeria with a population of over 20 million people from every state in Nigeria. These 20 million people are stressing the limited resources of state that was meant to only accommodate 10 million. This influx of Nigerians is because of the prosperous economic Atmosphere Tinubu created when he was governor, something No other state including FCT has been able to accomplish.

And Yes again, Lagos generates more than 70% into the Fgs purse. Without Lagos many of your states should have declared bankruptcy
