Something always catch my fancy in astronomy.
I just feel there are more earths out there.

Sometimes I feel humans are just another life form existing after other life forms have existed. Something is just out there beyond Us.

mind you, there is no where in the bible it states that there is only the human race. Just like when the people were building the tower of babel and he destroyed their communication because he saw it as a threat and not necessarily because they could get to heaven if they continued anyway but it was the determination he saw in them. This is a unique and striking verse. At a time when the science of astronomy was in its relative infancy, the Quran disclosed with complete conviction that life exists outside the earth. Moreover, it affirms that when God sees fit, He has the power to unite life in the ‘heavens’ with earthly life.

NASA will hide the knowledge for it comercial benefits, for already the church is dead in the west. Google about the fastest growing religion in the world, along side the rising number of atheists countries. It's only here in Africa that you will find churches growing as a conglomerates.

We may never be able to develop the technology to go there if there was any sign of life outside our own solar system.

Unless we find a way to make man immortal, then we can always design systems that travel at the speed of light , capable of withstanding the G forces that will result. Then at least we will be alive when we get to the destination

The bible actually points out there are beings out there and dominions that the bride of Christ have been greatly exalted over and given rulership over in the future world.

In the words of Paul "...though we do not yet see all things under Him now" i.e all the dominions that are under Christ and His saints can't be seen at present.

Also, the privilege of exploring the universe will only be given to those who make it into the kingdom.

NASA's James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) is an infrared space observatory that launched on Dec 25, 2021, from ESA's launch site at Kourou in French Guiana, at 7:20 a.m. EST (1220 GMT; 9:20 a.m. local time in Kourou), aboard an Arianespace Ariane 5 rocket.

The $10 billion James Webb Space Telescope — NASA's largest and most powerful space science telescope — will probe the cosmos to uncover the history of the universe from the Big Bang to alien planet formation and beyond. It is one of NASA's Great Observatories, huge space instruments that include the likes of the Hubble Space Telescope to peer deep into the cosmos. It took 30 days for the James Webb Space Telescope to travel nearly a million miles (1.5 million kilometers) to its permanent home: a Lagrange point — a gravitationally stable location in space. The telescope arrived at L2, the second sun-Earth Lagrange point on Jan. 24, 2022. L2 is a spot in space near Earth that lies opposite from the sun; this orbit will allow the telescope to stay in line with Earth as it orbits the sun.

The James Webb Space Telescope deployed and tested a key antenna on Dec. 26, 2021, in a process that took about one hour, according to a NASA statement(opens in new tab). The antenna will be responsible for twice-daily science data dumps to Earth. Just a day later, on Dec. 27, the observatory sailed beyond the orbit of the moon.

NASA estimates the work could take up to 120 days after launch for the alignment to be complete.

The James Webb Space Telescope reached its final destination: L2, the second sun-Earth Lagrange point, which it will orbit, on Jan, 24. 2022 after traveling nearly a million miles (1.5 million kilometers). Lagrange points are gravitationally stable points in space.

Captured in infrared light by NASA’s new James Webb Space Telescope, this image reveals for the first time previously invisible areas of star birth.

Called the Cosmic Cliffs, Webb’s seemingly three-dimensional picture looks like craggy mountains on a moonlit evening. In reality, it is the edge of the giant, gaseous cavity within NGC 3324, and the tallest “peaks” in this image are about 7 light-years high. The cavernous area has been carved from the nebula by the intense ultraviolet radiation and stellar winds from extremely massive, hot, young stars located in the center of the bubble, above the area shown in this image.
