Reach out to me. You can get form A within 2 to 3 weeks!

Hello guys... You guys are simply amazing! Every information up here was useful and thankfully, I received my grant today, 11th of July.

Visa Application Lodged: 1st of June

Biometrics: 9th of June

Medicals: 20th of June

Grant: 11th of July

Class Resumption: 18th of July

It was a "Do it yourself" project, proactively acting on vetted information received here, No agent used, No Contact from CO whatsoever.

*I guess the idea is to make the job easy for the CO, so they see your case file, treat and close-out quickly, moving to the next on queue*

Above all, God pulled it through. Faith-filled prayer truly works. There's absolutely nothing God can't do.

Pls wait for ASUU. Do your final year here, so that you can proceeds for masters and when you gets to Australia, you can still go for undergraduate course. This is to avoid the gap from when you finish SSCE till now.

I did my biometric and medicals in the 7th and 8th of July. Please how long will it take for the Visa to be out? My program is starting on the 16th of this month. Will it be out in 2 or 3 weeks? Is it possible to pay for Australian express visa services?

Please is it possible to apply for masters in business or human resources and then on arrival, change to Bachelor in Nursing?

Would it not affect the visa since it was granted based on admission for masters.

DPD and COVID-19 card is no longer needed at the Australia border from 6th July (You can confirm from DHA website). Although Nigeria airport and some flight still require your vaccination card.

You can apply for your dependents by yourself.

Documents to submit:
1. Proof of fund (if required)
2. Health Cover for dependents, same end date as your health Cover duration
3. Proof of r/ship e.g Marriage Certificate, family album, etc.
4. Police Xter Certificate
5. Int'L passports
6. Children birth certificate
7. GTE statement
8. Child's Immunisation history certificate
9. Medical
10. Biometrics
11. Declare any previous visa denial (if any)

The documents checklists should provide some guide.
Unless you really don't understand the visa application process, U don't need an agent.
Note: Under Sub-Class 500 visa, you need to select 'Subsequent Entrants' when applying for your dependents. Cheers!

Pls follow the instructions of the school by paying only the required amount for one semester... Never you pay in full.. because it is not a guarantee that you will gets the visa, if you pay in full.

The DPD has been scraped... that's probably why you can't access it. Go to home affairs web page, read on DPD... it's not required any more.

Visa alert!!!!
God alone be praise forever .
Have been a silent reader here even way before I got my visa but now I thank God Almighty that I’ll finally be an Australian immigrant .
Pls guys I’ll be needing y’all support to make an easy transition to my dream country.
So here are my few questions to those that just recently went that route :

1. Pls what is the best airline to travel with no more than two stops cause am trying to avoid long waiting period at the stop overs so as to ease the journey because I am pregnant?

2. Pls are there any documents or papers I’ll need to take with me to probably show at different boarders or airports to avoid one delay or the other?

3. Pls guys what are the allowed food items that I can take to avoid unnecessary and excessive load.

4. Pls how can I easily get a good accommodation near my campus as my school is Deakin university burhood campus Melbourne Australia?

My intake is this trimester 2, which started already on Monday and so I’ll be traveling first week of August by the special grace of God. So pls if you’d be in my school this trimester or know someone already there, pls kindly link us up for easier settlement cause I wouldn’t mind a shared apartment.

Thank y’all so much for always helping on this great platform, pls if you have valid answers for any of my questions pls and pls be kind enough to help out a lone pregnant traveler biko as this will go a long way in easing me of lots of stress while on the very long journey.

First, congratulations on getting your visa!!!

I know Qatar is a fave for most people but the most expensive as well. You’ll only have a stopover at Doha. I’ll let the gurus in the house answer the other questions as I don’t know much myself.

Please I’ll like to ask you some questions regarding your application, you can drop your email if you don’t mind. Thanks a lot.
