So anybody can withdraw now until November (90days to the election for Federal) and December (for State elections). After that whether voluntary or no voluntary, no withdrawal.....unless in instances of death.

Yaya bello wasn’t a runner up in Kogi APC primaries in fact Yaya bello is unknown and was brought in by the presidency after the death of Audu

Supreme Court decision was that it was the party that was voted for and not the candidate, this is the premise of PDP vs Umhai since PDP was voted for and not Umhai therefore PDP argued that Umhai should be replaced

APC as a political party is behaving as if it doesn't have a legal adviser. Election was conducted and Ayade came 3rd. If the first person that win the election resigns, the person that came 2nd supposed to be the flagbearer of the party. There's no need to conduct a fresh election.

Besides,Ayade can work best when he is not contesting but working for the reelection of all those he is supporting from Governorship to LGA. That is the way Asiwaju Tinubu has been doing here in Lagos for the past 16 years.
There is need to focus on helping your political proteges too.

It is not compulsory he must contest to work for Asiwaju.
