I have paid. I used Wakanow. Airfrance

Did you mean you paid before you submit your application? If yes, was it a return ticket and how many months interval were between the departure and return dates?

Thanks you very much sir, I have been asked to return after 27th July. How do I inform IOM about the date I would like to do the x-ray.

You should just target 28th July then or any date beyond that is convenient for you. You do not need any appointment for this. In our case I called IOM Abuja a week to the date and was told no need for appointment, that we should walk in on the select date and go straight to the X-ray section. And that is what we did.

Obibaby:
Download from Play store or Apple store.
Register and fill the form ONLY 72hrs to your travel.
After filling, you will generate a receipt for it.
Your ArriveCAN receipt must have letter A, I or V beside your name after uploading your vaccination card.

And if you don’t have a vaccination card? You upload a Covid test results you did maybe 48hours before your flight

Trishchy:

I can summarize my reading from the link u shared that, if you studied for more than 2years you stand a higher chance of getting 3years PGWP and if you completed more than a program in 2 years u also have a chance, though everything lies on IRCC officers. I stand to be corrected.
Thanks so much

Yes, that’s correct. They also look at the accelerated program, e.g. someone who enrols for a two-year program but completes this within 14 months. This is possible if the person enrolled full-time back to back and took lots of courses per semester. They can also grant the entire three years of PGWP based on that.

But, ultimately always their call the length of PGWP duration to grant an applicant.

Good day everyone,
Please I need help with respect to my tuition deposit.I want to pay tuition deposit at Thompson Rivers university, but the option there is paymy tuition and the exchange rate is on the high side. There's no option for form A,I contacted them for account details so I raise form A but they still referred me to paymy tuition.
Please gurus in the house how do I resolve this.
Thank you

Fill the form in paymytuition with the amount you’ll pay then it will generate an invoice. You will use the account details and amount in the invoice to apply for your Form A
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Filanodivine(m): 9:22pm On Jul 13, 2022
Blakmandk:
I don’t think it’s proper to change payment method when school has offered one. There’s a reason they use paymytuition and once your payment is confirmed by paymytuition, they’ll send your payment confirmation to the school which takes about 7days, Then the school generates an official invoice for you which is what you add to your application for study permit. Pls don’t try to bypass the school policy. It’s just for your own good. My opinion.

This is not bypassing school policy boss, when you generate an invoice with paymytuition and still use Form A the money goes to paymytuition and they credit the school. The form A is just to use CBN rate instead of black market rate

Why don't you consider doing a Master's in Philosophy, to avoid any issues with your study Visa application in Canada there some universities that can still offer admission for the winter term like the University of Windsor if you can afford the tuition, they also offer GTAs if you have good grades.

I studied Philosophy and I have applied for my study permit with a Masters in Philosophy although still waiting for a positive response by God's grace.

I know of someone who just got is study Visa approved via a Masters in Philosophy. The Coco na Career Progression, I will advise you go for a Masters in Philosophy at least your purpose of visit is secured and you can battle the other criteria with your VO. The Human Resources stuffs go need too much explanation...

Just an advise though... You can reach out to me if you need assistance.

It will end in praise!!!

For me i advise...if its possible switch to HRM...cos of your work experience....
For canada, the little i know as regards S.V when it comes to choosing course for masters....there are two options...its either from your work experience(this as regards numbers of years you have worked in the stated company) OR what you offered during undergrad.....for the 1st, you need to back it up with a good SOP....to avoids da red flag stuff ....but for the 2nd it the chances are progressive...(ie what you studied in Undergrad is what or something related you will studying in MSC...)
Thank you.
