Quite unfortunate chief but I am seriously looking at the indexes. A lot was said about Buhari, the whole APC team where been referred to as the Progressives, with the like of Amaechi, Fashola and the host of others on board one will easily argue that the Buhari administration would be the best but ended up the worst.
So I am very careful not to go with just sentiments. Yes, I know if given every deserving opportunity P.O should be able to do far better than what we have now but I am disturb politics does not work that way. Everybody cannot be swayed at the same time. Trust me, for now I am yet to completely give my total trust to Peter Obi. I spoke at length with some of my fellow comrades in Lagos and Benin and till now we are still not so convinced with the Labour Party among several other concerns but as time progresses we may tilt to where the pendulum desires.

These are primary responsibility of a governor of a state and as bad as Nigeria governors are, a handful of them were able to achieve similar feat.

Undoubtedly, many who live in Anambra during Obi's era may think he performed well because Nigeria was just coming out of military rule and with brief rule of Chris Ngige, there was not comparative barometer to actually measure his performance.

It is pathetic to now reduce governance to salary payment and providing basic services rather governance should be adjudge as good or bad based on innovation, pragmatism, daring, problem solving, policy making and institution establishment.

In all these Tinubu stands above other in the following

Infrastructure
Policy enactment
Establishment of Institutions
Creative ideas and Innovation
State economic growth.

I lived in Lagos and Anambra during the era of Tinubu and Obi so I have first hand knowledge of governance of both men.

Truth is, Obi is steps ahead of others when it comes to accountability and good governance.

Leaving over $60 billion for the government without owing workers is something unprecedented.
With such amount, the next governor was able to built an airport and continue with other projects.

On top of that, he left the position and allowed the next governor to do his work without any interference. That is the measure of a true leader.

Meanwhile, one other governor has been busy imposing himself everywhere as the all-important almighty.
How a former governor of a state became a trillionnaire is something that should be studied in school.

Am sure you are not well versed in what governance is actually about. Lagos State has a development plan which was design during Tinubu tenure and every subsequent governor have been implementing, this is what distinguish Lagos from other hence requires the leadership of the state at every time should be the one that would not derail

Seriously there's something wrong somewhere. The other day Obi was saying on national TV that he equiped all schools in Anambra with computer and internet facilities and there was no rebuttal from Anambran people when it was a blatant lie.

Again he responded that the guy that stepped on Nigeria flag was not his son. These were incredible lie that a rational Nigerians outside SE would not overlook even if they buy the lie of him equipping all schools with computer when that was not the case.

Peter Obi is taking his unfounded lies too far, lies that SE would swallow won't be taken by other Nigerians lightly. Obi has lost many of his admirers on the account of his many lies that's is not necessary.

He should learn to remain silent or outrightly refuse to comment on some issues rather than responding to questions with lies that can be debunked

We really need this now. . . Nigeria's debt is over N40trillion.

Governors held a meeting last two weeks complaining that they are not sure they can pay workers salaries because NNPC did not bring in any money for more than three months!

Nigeria might not be able to pay its debt — meaning China can come to take part of our land!

Others were Origanringan, Onigbolakowe, Oke odo Elemoro, Ipaja Isale odo, Agenuba, Ajelogo, Mutaku, Egansando, Ayanfe, topo and Ikola Agbenaje.

Decentralization: In order to bring governance closer to the people of Lagos state, Asiwaju created extra 36 LCDAs which led to the disagreement between Lagos and the OBJ led FG. They are still working till date. Nigeria needs someone who believes in this!

Economy: With an IGR of just over 600million naira when he took over, different initiatives which included the reorganization of the LIRS led to an unprecedented IGR of over 7billion monthly after 8 years, the sustainability of which has brought same to 57bn in 2022.

Health: Decentralization of the Health Management Board led to the creation of LASAMBUS, an ambulance management scheme, Hospital Services Commission and Lagos State Health Facility Monitoring and Accreditation Agency. In addition, policies such as “Roll Back Malaria”, “Jigi Bola, Free Health Policy for children below 16 year and adults above 65 years are verifiable ones that stood him out then. The First of its Kind.

It was indeed a 60years development plan.

In 1999 no state of the federation can survive without federal government allocation, today Lagos State and probably Rivers are only state that can survive without allocation.

Lagos State ceased to be a federal capital over 20 years ago yet it's population is increasing more than Abuja the Federal capital.
Lagos State despite its huge population is the only state with least terrorist act in the whole country this is due to her conciosness on security

This is a state that was able to solve complex problem like ocean surge that gave birth to Eko Atlantic.

Do you know the number of employment 37 LCDA were able create for the teaming youth?

Bayelsa, Delta State and Rivers, Akwa Ibom are rich states but don't attract such population that troops into Lagos every day.

Nobody is saying Lagos is not deficient in Infrastructures like any other states in Nigeria, but the point remain Lagos took the initiative to drive it's economy towards self sufficient, but other states do not see any reason for that hence the pressure of influx immigrants into the state.

Lagos was on the track of self sufficient which was backed up with policies that were outrightly rejected by Federal government in conjunction with PDP states government

Nah...the potential is there due to fg investment in Lagos. Abuja was created in 1991 and I'm sure her economy would have passed many states due to fg.

There is no major investment or infrastructure of Tinubu in Lagos to account for the rise in revenue but rather he expanded the tax net which should have been.

Mention one major infrastructure Tinubu built in Lagos during his Tenure. Of all the many bridges in Lagos, mention the one Tinubu built.

Lagos is a Nigerian territory and all Nigerians have equal access to everywhere in Nigeria even though the Igbos and the Fulanis take advantage mostly of this fact. You have no more right in Lagos than any other Nigerian.
