Thanks PMB for reluctantly signing the electoral bill into law. Rigging and ballot box snatching is dead in our electoral space. This would also curb unlawful snatching of peoples mandate as seen in Imo. The worst that can happen is vote buying and if you're caught, you'd face the music. Say no to vote buying
