They mostly make use of body doubles for sex scenes and high impact actions. So all the need is pay porn actresses for those scenes and then do the editing. A real life example is Dwayne Johnson, he has a cousin brother that acts as a body double for him in scenes were injuries or high skills are needed.

you just reminds me of the 'walk of shame' in game of thrones....I forgot her name though...it was body double and CGI....and one IndecentStar revealed that it was her body with the actress face on it...

nothing is real most expecially in Hollywood movies. the ocean, forest, desert, planes, chopper, sophisticated guns and guns in general sex and co, etc, are not real. They are all video editing.

I think what most of them say about it not been real is true bkus their is this documentary about Gal Gadot I watched, she said she was meant to be naked and make love to a guy but due to her religious believe she couldn't do that.

A doubler was brought to do that on her behalf, but if u watch the movie u will think she's the one that did that.

Another one is stunt, most of all this action and acrobatic u see in movies are not done by the actors and actress, they have what they call stunt performers.

At the end of movie as actors and actresses name are been written u will see the name of stunt performers in that movie.

I think it's only chackie chan that does his own stunt by himself and he equally admitted to be doing his stunt by himself in one of this documentary.
