Any Uba made provisions for all manners of rigging but Inec even without the Act being signed insisted on electronic enabled process and Andy ended up scoring less than 50k votes

Hope you have see the poor state of benin city? It is even better to some extent, just go to towns such as ekpoma, auchi, igarra etc, you will weep for them. This man is a monumental and a collosal failure.
