one thing I have come to realize is even though you are broke don't play with your body physique. the little food you chop let it stay there and work for you. some people when fustrated with life they turn into doing drugs and alcohol....my brother don't do that..it doesn't help matter instead it makes you look sick, unhealthy and like a junkie... Instead maintain frame. eat for your body. I know someone who doesn't have savings in his account, but everytime he steps out people gushes over his looks, body physique. he owns that that's how supposed to be. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

True talk. Youre what you eat. If you eat recklessly, you'll look reckless. Just by eating right and working out, alot of your problem will be solved. You'll feel and look better, have confidence, attract better partners and be respected. Doors will literally open for you. Lot of guys would rather send epistle to a girl to "prove" your love for her, but you look like Mr Ibu. I must chop daily,sometimes I get food,get gas,get light,but time don go,I go vex chop noodles and egg and if I no get anything wey dey hungry me. Na to chop quaker oats.no time |
