If you think Nigerian police is inefficient just commit a crime against a police officer. When the news of the kidnapping of the 10 officers broke I knew that the kidnappers were doomed. Ten officers and the criminals think the police will not go all out after them! Once IGP orders that they be rescued "with immediate effect ", the task is all but done. Sadly, though, police don't respond to duty with such zeal if it affects the ordinary citizens.

That is if they were rescued. It's only Nigerian police that will rescue "kidnappees" or kidnap victims and won't kill or capture any of the kidnappers
