Don't think the battery is original battery .. maybe you can try Decagel battery . Believe that one last for over 2years
Lithium is the most expensive if them all

Go for tubular batteries, it last longer, all you need to do is check the water gauge and fill it up with battery water if there's any shortage.

The issue is water is licking from the decking when it rains, however, there is a tank on the decking. The building is a storey building

Check the top decking where the Storex tank is, definitely there are holes/open spots where the water passing through,best solution(cheapest option) is to call a bricklayer to re-floor the entire decking(esp where the Storex tank is) with morter and shine it.Note:tell the bricklayer to shine it very well,make sure there's no crack in-between, and the joint between the decking floor and the walls are well closed.

For POP project, will it be better/cheaper for me if I buy all the materials myself and only pay the installer for labour?
Tiling too, does same apply?
