Sadly, my School(Lambton College) stated on their LOA that they don't create room for students to defer their admissions. I wrote to them last week and they replied saying they would keep the registration process open until Mid August but as a policy, they would not defer and that I should go read my LOA again.

In your next letter to IRCC, refer to the Lambton non deferral policy, and state that you need to have a decision from IRCC to allow you plan, and that you are on the verge of losing your place in the school .

Adobe gave me issues too so I opted for the new portal since there's no need to fill anything using adobe. The only issue with the new portal is the size limit for document upload is 2mb, if you can successfully merge your documents to 2mb or less you can give it a shot.

Please raise a webform and send the data page of your new passport as soon as possible. You really don’t want them to use your expired travel document against you. Also send an email to Nairobi, Abuja, China, and London office.

Hi! Raise a webform , I think there is a section that asks why you why you want to submit a webform,choose add or submit new documents and submit the data page of your new passport. It's indeed a cheering news but not yet uhuru if my personal experience is anything to go by.

What it means is that one VO is satisfied with your eligibility and thus recommend it passed. Another VO, who I guess is the senior VO will still review it for his final verdict. It's this senior VO's verdict that's the final. So be be full of prayer that God should favour you in the sight of this senior VO.

In my case, I was recommend passed (as it's in your case) by the junior VO on the 27/04/2022. But the senior VO who later reviewed it and erroneously failed the eligibility on the 5/5/2022 and refused the application on the same date.

I need help, this is my second application in 6 months and I ordered my GCMS notes only to see that medicals is blank. I did my medicals in January for my first application, while applying for the second time I indicated I have already done medicals but why is it not showing in the GCMS note. I’m confused what should I do? Any help will be so much appreciated.

Secondly I had my medicals done in another country earlier this year do you think they just want me to redo it? Also I thought since my medicals was passed in the first application, it should also be passed.

When sending the e-medical sheet, should I add a letter of explanation or just send the form like that?

I didn’t mention Ghost “mail” the person that asked the question didn’t talk about mail. It was his dashboard that had changes due to glitch and returned back to the normal way. He asked if it was ghost update

There is Ghost mail and Ghost update... Ghost update doesn’t come with a mail... you can only see it when you login and it reads “Application/profile updated” but ghost mail would probably be in your mail.

And, would I say I am the CEO of the firm and earn a good salary from that to explain the monthly salary?
I am still very much confused on how best to explain myself to the VO to avoid rejection

Don't use your company account as POF, it's better used as home ties. Ideally, company money isn't your money so using it means misappropriation/embezzlement.

You can have someone transfer amounts regular to the amount you usually receive in your GTB account and build your available balance so you'll use it as POF.

Set aside money monthly for yourself as salary from your company account. This serves as source of income and home ties.

Don't be ashamed of the 120k salary, include it as proof of funds. Just ensure you pay yourself like 400-500k monthly from your company account as salary so your monthly income would be over 1000 CAD conveniently.

Don't rush your application, plan your account for minimum of 4 months to avoid unexplained lump sums.
