It was so bad and horrible that one of those you listed above owned up that the election that brought him to power is not credible and for the sake of the future of Nigeria's democracy, he would initiate electoral reforms.
Please find out the one.
Now that elections are more credible and fair, it is now about the numbers; you really do not even need to go round Nigeria to win the Presidential election again

PMB used same formula in 2015 and more prominently in 2019 and it worked.

There are now clean data and election credibility. To win, just focus on the top 3 Super-tribes by population and with highest number of registered voters: Hausa, Yoruba and Fulani first . Once they are in your kitty, then move on to other minority tribes. If the minority tribes are already taken, just consolidate more on those 3 and you will still win the Presidential election.
HE Atiku's biggest problem now is how to get the majority votes of those 3 super-tribes because Asiwaju Tinubu already has the first mover advantage while HE Atiku was away in Dubai.

2015 and 2019 losses were due to Nigerians expecting water to come out of a rock. That ship has sailed. APC failed woefully and even dragged Nigeria backwards.
