TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING VITAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE NEW ELECTORAL ACT!!!

You should note and know the following:

1. No manual accreditation.

2. No use of incident forms.

3. All accreditation is electronic.

4. Accreditation is Bimodal meaning facial recognition and finger printing.

5. No pre-election cases after conclusion of Elections..

6. No election cases after swearing into office of the winner.

7. All results must be uploaded to INEC official website at the polling units before taking it to the ward, constituency,LGA or state collation center.

8. If the number of votes cast is more than the accredited voters the polling unit result is cancelled.

9. No more agreement between parties to share the remaining ballot papers that were not used.

10. No more massive thump printing and stuffing of ballot boxes. If you like go and steal ballot boxes you are wasting your time. You cannot change the result.

The people's votes are counting now. If you didn't serve the people well when in public office or you are not popular (i.e the people interest centred), save your money because they will collect your money and vote against you...

End of ballots snatching has come to Nigeria.. We will now have our votes counted
Pls help us share

Threw major challenges we need to deal with are:

1. Underage voting

2. Violence at polling units

3. Vote buying

In conclusion, I am all for Peter Obi. If Labour Party doesn't have agents to protect their votes in all the PUs, their votes will be shared between APC and PDP.

Election at the PU level is always free, fair and transparent. That's is why the transmission happens at the PUs.

There is nothing like sharing votes.

I think God just blinded the 9th NASS to pass this bill. It will give vent to the will of the people.

But if we can help ensure no ballot snatching after accreditation, then 80% of malpractice is done away with.

If a part has no agent, anything can happen during the counting at the PU level.

After all, voting is still done on sheets and results are manually recorded before onward electronic transmission.

Nothing will happen so far they have at least a voter. My polling unit is in Lagos and I know everybody there.

And they can't possibly do anything. They will only make noise but won't do anything because of the closeness.

That's the way it's in most of the PUs. Rigging occurs at the LGA collation but with BVAS, it's not possible again.

I am a PDP man, but I'll vote for Labour at the presidential election, vote APC for senate and reps.

During the Governorship, I'll vote APC all through. Lagos PDP is not serious, so APC should take the thing. Again, it's my way of consoling Tinubu for his impending and heart-shattering defeats
