I am helping to post for a friend, so take note.

A working class female (a good friend of mine) who is not on nairaland here needs a female room-mate at Ilaje, Ajah to share rent for a One bedroom (Mini flat).

Annual rent : 1million

Attributes of the house.

Spacious compound with big space for car park
Spacious palour, kitchen, convenience and room.
Nearness to market, church, banks, filling station etc.
House is in a quiet environment.

Requirements from the room mate.

1.Room mate is to pay 30,000monthly. The first occupant in her Kind capacity has reduced the cost to be paid monthly by the intended new room mate. So the new room mate will pay 30,000naira (on a monthly basis) times 12 months which is 360,000 while the first occupant takes care of the rest.

I hope i am clear on this.

2.Room mate should be a working class person with proof of monthly income (6 months bank account statement showing proof of monthly income is a must.

3. Proof of employment from employer.


4. Intended room mate must be a sociable person and not a trouble maker. The first occupant doesn't like issues and is a lively person and would need a cool headed person too that understands how to live in harmony with her fellow lady.
