There has to be checks and balances on governors in regards to this state police issues

In reality, there should be both. Just like in the US and other advanced countries

I just watched the video of the released abducted train travelers. At some point the man was crying when he was interviewed. I felt really bad. I hope those that want APC to continue in the person of Tinubu also watched that video? And if those released victims are in their right senses, they'll try everything to see this current government and party loses power because they have failed magnificently

I support State Police, but first, proper laws have to be in place before even trying for check and balance.
For instance, laws to put the control of the Police under the Judiciary.

I didn't have any particular issue with his interview except where he accused Sowore of coming back every 4 years to contest election. That's typically what Atiku does.

Lol. But this one he's already not spending time in Nigeria when he's not even president. Imagine what will happen when he becomes president. Just few weeks ago, he and Tinubu traveled to Dubai and France respectively and spent almost 3 weeks. Nobody knows why till this very moment and nobody wants to ask questions

My friend. Without state policing, insecurity will never end in Nigeria. That is the way it is done all over the world.
You want someone in Abuja to provide security in Lagos.
Its a surprise all other aspirants are not talking about state policing, the most important tools to deal with insecurities in Nigeria.

You make me smile brother. How is Peter Obi better than the two? Lol...We both know people are attacking Tinubu more than the other two. As far as I am concerned, we've seen what Tinubu did and had manifested till today even if it's only just one thing - RRS (Rapid Response Squad), no doubt many people attest that it's the best police unit in Nigeria today.

Here is the thing, I really want to be convinced that PO is better and I've been asking and yet none has replied me with evidence - what are his track records even if it's just one that had stand till today and had a good effect - it may be in terms of security, economy, etc on the people of Anambra that many people are talking about? All we hear is PO has a good plan for Nigeria and talk and talk.
