The Building is on 610 sqm.
Finishing cost from foundation to roof and to handing of keys is estimated to about 98 - 120m.

Here, we are doing full automation on lights, curtains, gate, cameras, sensors and so much more.

And the estimated cost of sale of the building is projected at 610m - 620m. Currently, buildings that are similar are already sold for 550m in the estate. Vintage Park is the name of the estate Ikate. Burns boy's house is just a stone throw from ours. Igalo of Manchester united too has his private residence behind ours.

Current market rate for sale of this project is 600m in the location that it is at Vintage Park estate.

Burna Boy lives here. Just few plots away from this structure.

Igalo lives here as well.

I am yet to understand how some bunch of so called artists who probably didn't go beyond ss111 but we're opportuned to be on the spotlight now affects the ROI on a property located near them. These are just singers, my grand pops was a musician but the olden days type and he was broke as hell. Social media has manipulated everyone into believing these guy's words mean shit. ROI should be determined by the landmarks and other notable government offices close to the properties and not some artist who probably released a sex tape to boost their careers.

My opinion though, we should stop promoting mediocrity.

So if Davido and wole shoyinka should stand. Side by side whatever obiyo says is what everyone takes, then everyone might as well draw a dirty tattoos on them and instead have baby Mama's as him then Maybe the president of your country should be covered in tattoos while hold a long Igbo smoke on his hand while going to represent us at the UN.

I quite understand you very well.
In fact, the Nigerian economy is not balanced in anyway.

Politicians, Artists and other major actors now are used to determine property rates just because of their purchasing power on things. Going by per capital income of Nigeria and Nigerians today. Even a level 14 or highest political office holder salary cannot afford these.

Though I wasn't promoting the artists and footballer that leaves here pay sir. I was only stating the notable people that stays or have properties here. You know how people do things in Nigeria especially in Lagos Island in terms of packaging.

But you and I know what Nigeria is today. It's an unfortunate event and situation that we are in. We can only hope the common is rescued from their position when it comes to property investment and ROI

Things needs to get better for everyone. That's the hope that shouldn't be thrown away just yet.
