Yes. In the estate. It's central water, sewage and light.

Materials have arrived.
900 Bags of Cement have been offloaded.
Over 13 Tons of irons have been dropped 20mm, 16mm, 12mm, 10mm respectively. 25 Roles of binding wire here present and so much more.

2 Trips of granite for a start because of space have been dropped.

2 Trips of Sharp Sand have been delivered. All for Blinding before we start our ground beam reinforcement works.

Estimated Carcass cost is about 39m

To your second question... There will be major foundation difference between building this in Ibadan and building it in Lekki Lagos in Particular.
