He told His followers to judge all according to His teachings so when where someone's actions are in direct conflict with the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ Himself told you that such a one does not belong to Him.

Here's a scriptural reference for you sir...2 Timothy 2:19 "Nevertheless, the firm foundation of God stands, having this seal, “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Everyone who names the name of the Lord is to abstain from wickedness.”

All Paul said in that passage is that God knows who are His. He didn't tell you that you cannot know if anyone belongs to God or not.
