sript: It might be too late for that. Try and go to the hospital tomorrow morning to complain. They may have to add some strong antibiotics to your drugs (methanidazole family). Mind you, I am not prescribing drugs for you; I am just trying to help me as a result of what I also experienced. Another antacid suspension may even be prescribed for you, but you can't know all these things if you don't go to the hospital. Please don't play with your health. |

Vulturereloaded:Real estate is a long time investment. Do you know how long it took Lagos to get to where it is now as the commercial capital of Nigeria despite Abuja being the geographic capital. Meanwhile, those Obi supporters are among the biggest beneficiaries of Lagos business environment and still in the Atlantic City when completed. But they are busy abusing Tinubu now because of politics. Can they do such in the North? Can they abuse Atiku in the North the way they are attacking Tinubu in Lagos? Why can't they ask Obi to create their own Lagos without agbero they use to deride Tinubu? I am more determined now to support and vote Tinubu because of the bullying and illiterate attitude of Obis supporters. What is the difference between them and the Lagos agberos they deride Tinubu for except that they are online cyber agberos. Those agberos are even better behaved. Indeed Tinubu is a visioneer. |

Stop posting shiitt . Eko Atlantic City is not yet complete. This is a city within a city and will take years to complete. It is work in progress. You think they are building bungalows there? Stop exposing ignorance about real estate We still need two years for the sea wall, one year after that for the sand-filling and another year to 18 months for the infrastructure, so say another five years to be fully operational with infrastructure,” with the first half already complete, said 69-year-old Chagoury, whose company is in charge of the basic infrastructure such as roads. Developers will erect most buildings, and the wider project could take up to 35 years, he said. The sea wall will be 8.5 kilometers (5.3 miles) long once completed. As for the price, not 5 % of Americans can live in Hollywood Not 5% of South Africans can live in Sandton You are not the target market. Find ur level and shut up 2 Likes

omale88: Eko Atlantic is already a success story. Buildings are going up there as we speak. The Americans just put in half a billion there to build one their largest embassies in the world. The success is ongoing. Slow, but ongoing. 4 Likes 1 Share |

ElSudani:,. Hmmm,. I won't call you a liar, cause obviously I don't know you personally, buh you and I know that's not true.., I mean the likelihood a lagosian would be able to afford a plot there is about 1 outta 10.. as we all know it costs a shed load of money to buy one,. Except of course you have got shed loads of money,. which in itself is really embarrassing for a so called mega city, if it wasn't embarrassing before for the Lagos State Government,. Is sure as hell is now.. Come-on, let's be honest,. there's no point in sugarcoating it anymore, and there's no more room for excuses or grandiose promises,. I know you can't help but feel the pang of regret,. But it's been more than 13 years of traumatic anguish for investors and fans of the project like yourself, But let it be known that, Eko Atlantic City project is dead, buried and forgotten,. With nothing to show for it,. Just a few uncompleted buildings scattered here and there, |

The project turned out to be successful. I hope this information turns out to be useful for you, amen. But you can go to the clinic for proper treatment if the above doesn't sit well with you. |

Midastorch:Upto 70years...?? so from your write up, it means the investors are currently teenagers or in there early twenties or rather let us say they are developing the project for there generation...!! Atleast if you must defend something, do that while applying logic....The primary aim of any businessman/Investor is to maximize profit...!! Any other thing are grammars... |

ElSudani: Who cares about Africas embassy? So An American or African will invest over a million dollar to live close to an Embassy in Nigeria? Was the city built for imigration? Will Africans from other countries now apply for US visa from there? Will the embassy increase number of people given visa, with lowered standard of living? Embassy means nothing. 3 Likes |

izombie: Those structures are put up by African agencies that used the project to loot funds. All these Africa data center etc that are mainly funded by donor agencies. No reasonable person in this unstable APC administration will choose lagos state Nigeria for such investment in 2022. Those that bought there are trapped. Unless an administration comes in that will boost investors confidence, nobody will put up any structure there. FDI to Nigeria is lowering by the day, so who will build the city? |
Re: 13 Years After: Why Is Eko Atlantic City Still Empty? (Video) by Vulturereloaded: 8:42am On Jul 27, 2022 |
izombie: Unfortunately, its only obi administration that will boost investors confidence in Nigeria. If Nigeria remains the same, in the next 20 years, that place will remain the same.

Rostikol: Oh! So the poor are good at working for the rich in an environment they will never afford in their lifetime? Instead of initiating projects that will make the poor to stop being poor, you are justifying Tinubu’s project which only provides avenue for the poor to keep serving the rich who enjoy all the luxuries of life? It’s like a pastor who establishes an expensive university that most children of his congregation cannot afford to attend and he justifies his action by telling his congregation that the children of the poor can work as cooks, gardeners, etc, in the university. Is that right in your estimation? 1 Like |
