Sincerely, we can never really tell whether Buhari really came in to lead Nigeria or to fulfill some jihadist agenda. He seems to be watering the ground for eventual takeover of Nigeria by Islamic militants soon after he leaves Aso Rock. He may have been planted there for this purpose.
While most Nigerians are bitter at his non-performance, the islamists could be praising him for his efforts at enthroning and funding their agenda.
