So, there is this asset declaration form you fill and update every four years when working for either the federal, state or local government. You fill all your assets and liabilities of yourself and your spouse. So you cannot be worth say 5 million some years ago and then suddenly have over 500 million in your bank account within a few years.

ICPC would still have traced the money to any landed property she bought and sieze them. We see that everytime.
