insha Allah this car will stand the stress, i was fortunate to get it for hp thank you

Go ahead, its what you can get at the moment it will work. If you had another option, you'd have gone for it. I know of someone that uses it here in Lagos for ehailing though its his personal car. He's still in the business after a year which means the car is serving. Don't get discouraged it will work out and even if the worst happens and if it doesn't, you'll find another option. Its better than sitting at home.
Fuel consumption is not bad too, engine is almost same as EOD if not the same. You may spend more on maintenance though
Good luck bro. The world is yours to own.

Greetings to everyone on here. Please have a question I would need clarity on.

Should your say vehicle license expire on a certain date, let's say 27th July 2022, should you drive on that day can you be held for driving with expired license or it starts counting from the next day?

Please help with this..thanks

On this thread and any other place, I respect myself. If u respect yourself we will flow well.
But the moment u start miss yarning...u don't know me but u call me a thief, fraud and liar and expect me to sit back and smile at you?
Like I said before people should go and learn public speaking...how to disagree without insulting or hurting others feelings. U can say u don't think what I am saying is true rather than say "u r a liar"
Instead of saying "I disagree with u" u can say "I disagree with this point or opinion". U don't confront or challenge a man and expect him to fold up, except he is a simp.
Little little things like this promotes either a heathy discussion or a violent one. U shouldn't judge, conclude or accuse with only internet or online sources or without having all the information u need or the person accepting it. Because like we all know, this is the internet and anything can be manipulated.

We hurt others feelings for sport and call it cruise, haba. Then amongst us here we still beef each other and have people we permanently speak against. Even if what the person is saying is correct we rather keep mute than support the person.
U think people don't notice all these things?
Even when I said I will not reply to someone here again, I was upset at the time, I still contacted him for business.
I recall one time I said I support ur opinion on a subject and u where like God forbid, maybe u will change ur opinion because both of us can't b in thesame ship. Same thing Bazoo said. The other Day Donfortun came up with pretence, even though I knew where he was going but I followed him up in the same measure.

So this ur advise, I think it's u and your friends that need it more. Everybody should also take a piece of it. This thread is for sharing of experience that's why I don't discourage the oven lighting gists because it's part of the experience. But leave me alone to my serious nature and let me pass substance across or share information that will be of actual benefit to new and existing drivers. Don't try to censor my attitude, or demeanor because it's different from yours.
I have never said u shouldn't joke or jest, my argument with u from day one is because we have different views of the hussle.
Even the people u think I support, the day they say something that's not correct, I still speak against it. I am not a pretentious person or a sycophant. I have passed that level. I treat others with respect and dignity and I expect it to be reciprocated. I am not proud or pompous, it's confidence and self worth. That's why till today I still drive, it doesn't take an ounce off my self esteem, it's not what u do that defines u, it is who you are in the inside.
So let's leave it like that.

What do you mean by "You carry your hand go buy problem."?

You mean this Accord is not fit for the hustle? Is it about the fuel consumption or about the ruggedity? People use 08-11 Camry, so how is this Accord any different?

I just don't like the fact that, if it's not a Toyota (Corolla, mostly) then it's not a car.

Corolla has its own problem too, it's just that people don't talk about it or when they do, they see it as normal thing. Imagine saying he bought problem because of door and clock issues angry

.......Would you have said same if it was a Camry 08?

I wonder o!

Accords in general are not good for this hustle. Not out for arguments, it’s just the truth, but we are all free to have our opinions. smiley

Bro, you for no just spoil the car like that. What you made was a general assumption. I've seen people use accord well well, and I've seen people crying foul because of accord, It think all depends on maintenance. You'll be more maintenance conscious compared to a corolla or Camry but that the car can't stand the hustle, I don't agree.

This is it. Every car has its own issues. Follow manufacturer recommended guidelines and you will be fine.

Simple....

Some people will want to use palm oil to service accord! Nothing spoils that engine like using non recommended oils. Its very unforgiving unlike corolla, you can get away with almost anything. The reason why most people begin to condemn other cars except corolla. illiterate mechanics too won't help. I don't just take mechanic advise, I do my research very well and tell them what to do. Not just taking their advise and gulping it down my throat just like that at the end of the day, problem won't be solved and you'd have spent crazily. The reason why many cars develop unnecessary issues. Snrman enjoy the car, just take maintenance serious, don't be ignorant about the car learn everything possible it is to learn about it and make informed decisions at the point of changing anything in the car. You'd be alright. Good luck!

You don't go to the Mainland from the Island through Apongbon Bridge bro.

Third mainland Bridge traffic is always moving and someone going to Surulere, you can always cut off from Carter Bridge and the only place you would encounter traffic again would be at Iddo road linking Eko Bridge which is always small and moving. Lagos Island traffic is always a dead one.

That's how I picked a rider's item yesterday from Iponri market to Lekki Phase 1 on 1.5x. Drove through Anthony to Third mainland Bridge to Ikoyi link Bridge and the trip ended 6800. They were protesting that it showed 3500 to 4000. I was just laughing.

I told them to write to Bolt if they feel they were overcharged but that should be after I've collected my money in full.

Everything u said 100% true. But that oil recommendation no easy o. Most Honda Accords do 3000km then u change. Imagine buying 5w20 every 2/3 months. E get as e be!!
Even if you want to neglect the indicator reading, ur mind won’t be at rest. So at 3000km (which some drivers here dey cover in a month), my elders go talk say: use ur tongue to count ur teeth grin

20w50 will still serve u well provided u change it as at when due.

Also, to those whose engine they short or burn oil without leaks (likely, factory issues, Corolla and Camry), will it still make sense topping up with 5w30 or 5w20. Na ur money dey burn dey go.

Customer care called me Yesterday.

They also called me this morning and told me to be patient, that by the end of today, it will be resolved.

I never even knew bolt has customer service lines.

Anyways sha, I will find a way to call them tomorrow, if this issue persists.

They have really messed up my plans today and yesterday.
