Peter Obi
Am not voting him because of his past records but because of his new idea and vision of a new Nigeria.

The new vision is to make Nigeria a country of production. Lagos is not a producing state but a business hub. Peter Obi told me the vast lands in the north will be our new gold.

Food has always been a game changer in Africa. Go and ask the people of Zambia.

Your knowledge of history is very poor.

Go and research about lagos economy before 1999.
Go and research about lagos even before Nigeria got her independence.

Lagos has always been the number 1 in Nigeria, even when Calabar was the capital.

It has nothing to do with Tinubu.

Peter Obi is your incoming president, learn to be obedient.
please bring your facts..

This edit trying to teach the history of my state from alaigbo.. I laugh.

Which part of lagos was number 1?

Actually oyo state was number in the south west before the 90s.
Ibadan was more or less the politidal center and lagos was mere capital. Like calabria and enugu.

He even said lagos was 5th biggest economy in Africa in 1999 with 600million nairaland.com IGR.. even if you are too lazy to read, this supposed to look stupid to you.

Lagos became 3rd biggest economy after more invested trooped into lagos not before 1999 you edit.

Obi.
Because I believe he will be condescending and relate more with the people as possible as he can and won't shut himself up in Aso rock and assume all is well.

Because he has no Godfather and according to his record will not bribe anyone for anything. This will enable him to appoint people based on what they can do as against compensating people with appointments even when they have nothing to offer than to steal.

Because he is the only SERIOUS candidate among the three front runners. A fulani man can't succeed another fulani man after serving one for 8years. Obi would have been the best candidate but I doubt someone winning a presidential election without one sitting governor!!! Well, let us keep our fingers cross

Even Obasanjo, his sworn enemy is still acknowledging Tinubu’s achievements till tomorrow. Do not mix up Buhari’s administration with Tinubu. Even twins have different finger-prints, my friend! undecided undecided

Yes, Tinuku brought all these upon us. He was part of the alliance that brought this evil man and has also promised to continue wherever the man stops.

Good news is, he will never get that chance to inflict more pain on us. Our Moses has come and just like in the days of Egypt, all pharaohs will go with the Red Sea. Including you and your type

Obi for the future of Nigeria and the future of our children.

Jagaban has no history, everything about him is fake. He is a black mafian that get whatever he wants through blackmailing.

Atiku is just too desperate to privatise the country to Saudi.

Kwankwaso is a man without blue print, he is just coming to try his luck.

Cos no other candidate has his track record or more qualified..

If you have any, present him let's compare their achievements devoid of the usual insults and shenanigans.

They say show me your friends..

If you can say amen to this prayer, then you should vote your conscience.

Which state would you rather want God to model your life after?

Tinubu's Lagos till this day?
Or Obi's Anambra under peter obi till this day?
Or how atiku ran Nigeria.?
You claimed Tinubu has a track record, yet you couldn't present any. Smh.

Obi is the man.
Go and verify.

I NEVER told you I was voting for Obi, I specifically said he is the worst and most dangerous option if your goal is development.

I have stated my reasons why I will be voting Tinubu. I am not here to convince anybody, I am not a campaign spokesman, I am not here to waste my time chest beating or making predictions on a landscape that is dynamic. I am also intelligent enough to know nobody is changing their minds based on interactions on Nairaland. It is your democratic right to vote as you wish for whatever reason.

The only thing I will say is APC lost Osun they didn’t bring the house down. Let the losers not bring the house down if they lose in 2023.

Sure. It's your democratic right to vote whosoever you please. We hope the best person wins.

Throwback:
Tinubu!

The only Governor whom his sworn enemies admit he was the best and acknowledge his brilliance.

The Governor who took Lagos monthly IGR from N600m to N7b in 8yrs, while his competition pretender was only able to move Anambra monthly IGR from N450m to N600m in 8yrs (despite that Ngige was able to grow from N50m to N450m in just 3years).

I will vote Tinubu whose Lagos State was the 1st public service in Nigeria to embrace TSA and ERP systems like Oracle, while his analog competition pretender was allowing contractors to cash N250m cheque in Anambra for expenditure to be done in Lagos that housed the bank headquarters, despite that he was the former Chairman of the Bank.

You might wonder what would have happened if Tinubu and Obi had reversed roles as Governor of their respective states?

Obi would have purged the state civil service of Yorubas from Ogun and Ekiti, while Nigerians from Edo, Anambra, and Akwa-Ibom would already know they are not welcomed in the state civil service. Tinubu would not have sacked Igbos from Abia and Imo.

Obi would have inherited N600m monthly IGR in Lagos and after 8yrs would have managed to grow it to only N900m (instead of Tinubu that grew it to N7b). Tinubu would have inherited N450m monthly and grown it to N5b monthly (Instead of the N700m monthly that Obi achieved).

Obi would have been at a loss on how to manage the different religions in Lagos, while Tinubu would have fostered better harmony between Catholics and Anglicans/Protestants, and other non-Christian faiths.

Obi would have written a letter to a school headboy in Lagos, while Tinubu would have allowed the headboy serve as a 1day Governor to better build his confidence and exposure to being a future leader.

I can write a full Nairaland page dissecting what would have been, but we know what became, and I am sure Anambra regrets not having a 1st class brain lead the state like Lagos was led by Tinubu.

Breads crumbs eaters, we know thee

name me one efficient leader tinubu has raised that has any outstanding achievement, or any one that has gone on to make a name in the international scene we have ngozi iweala, akinwumi adesina, from both obi and Jonathan regime, 2 you said Buhari's cabinet member are not efficient, you fail to mention that a large part of Buhari's cabinet members are the so called " efficient leaders" tinubu raised, Sunday dare worked with tinubu when he was a governor now minister of sport can you tell me any remarkable thing Sunday dare has achieved, under his watch Nigeria failed to qualify for world cup, even super falcons couldn't do well, has he built and world class sport facility or program? Even our female basketball team were kicked out of fiba world cup under his watch then you have rauf aregbesola who also served under tinubu when he was governor, he is now the minister of interior, under his watch Nigeria has recorded more jail break than ever in our history can you least any major achievement of rauf aregbesola even as a governor of osun, then another one of the so called tinubu's " efficient leaders" is lai Mohammed Nigeria's current minister of information who also served under tinubu, I can't even write about lai Mohamed we all know his history, then you have tundeFowler, the former or current firs boss, who had a corruption scandal, what about the guy who was made minister of power what remarkable achievement did fashola achieve as a minister, I find it foolish when people keep saying tinubu has raised men, like seriously, all those people who worked with him got to enjoy national appointment not because of their performance or knowledge but due to favouritism, tinubu has never raised anybody note worthy what he has are just loyalist to his personal cause. " tinubu has raised men" my ass.
Be reducing your misinformation.

Serves under is not the same as raised. Nkojo Iweala raised by Obi? Are you kidding me?

Nkojo Iweala is bigger than any economist in Africa, not to talk of Nigeria. Those two you mentioned are self-made before being appointed to serve. They're established already.

Since you already pursued the liberty of misinformation it's pointless engaging you further. Obviously you're here for an argument not education
