Please recommend. Is it possible to add up a little in 3 months Time?

Eat up to 5 times a day. More protein in your diet. Hard work in the gym too. And yes in 3months you'll see changes. If you have money for supplements buy protein shakes and animal pak. You're good to go.

I usually feel intimidated at the gym house. .. I have a small dumbbell at home, plus a push-up every morning, is that okay??

are you going there to fit and have shape or are going there to look at people more fitted than you? the goal is to be fit ,start small small no reason what anybody opinion is , you are on a self development for yourself not them

Then u hit the gym..
Ur little effort in the gym would produce massive result..

That's low self-esteem on ur part. You need not to be intimidated. You would be surprised at how you will be encouraged by fellow gymers and improved greatly. Hit the gym bro.
