This data further show that the major 3 tribes by population are Hausa, Yoruba and Fulani.

80% Igbo population live in the 5 Igbo states that make up the South East. That is why Igbo communities in the South East are the least diversified.

20% live outside SE and most live in states bordering the 5 SE states like Rivers, Delta, Kogi, Benue.

Fewer Igbo live in far away places like Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna and Kano. That is why even if elections are conducted iin those far away states ,Igbo can not determine the outcome.

SW and NW are already in the kitty for Asiwaju Tinubu.
I like how you dey try convince your unlearned self. Your fellow zombies who liked this are doing well.
That is how you lots deceive yourselves.

Bro I’ll only responded to you because you threw no insults kudos. But you know what , you’re a little bit biased you couldn’t rule out the fact that BAT is a visionary leader and he set the Template for the likes of Fashola, Ambode ,SanWo etc that’s why Lagos is the leading state there’s continuity .

All of you saying BAT made Lagos for his personal gains are wrong .
Peter Obi admittedly said he invested states fund in his family business which his supporters are applauding him . All they could say is that As long what Obi did is for the betterment of the state . But when it comes to BAT is for his personal use that’s wrong and 100 percent biased .

Issue of Godfatherism if you think Obi Doesn’t have anyone he’s loyal too you’re wrong . Nigeria needs a leader with Vision and fierce which Tinubu fits in .
BAT will be like OBJ , that’s why some of the northern elites didn’t want him because they can’t dictate for him . He’s also a Godfather on his own .

Tinubu is a symbol of continuity and progress just like he did in Lagos I believe he’ll do the same for Nigeria.
The same people who Insult Tinubu Lagos are still bragging that majority of them are in Lagos and will vote OBI pathetic I must say because they’re not living in the acclaim paradise their messiah prepared for them .
Thank you for your response. Your maturity was what prompted me to respond too in the first place because many people would throw insults just because they want to prove a point.
Yea, he brought innovations to Lagos. But is it not true that much were for his gains?
Lastly, when I mentioned an obvious point of his age and weaknesses that comes with old and the demands that awaits the next president... You were quite about it.
With all attributes put together, in my view, OBI remains the best option. BAT has high exposure, experience and maturity due to his age but that age is also a big disadvantage. We don't want another president who lacks awareness including self-awareness.

From what I can see up there, Peter Obi will win this election.

It's not because of regional votes or any other demographics, the people are tired of being hungry and unemployed, with insecurity plaguing their lives. 84 million voters cannot make the mistake of voting for failures like those being paraded by PDP and APC.
From the numbers above you were able to deduce people's feelings and emotions?

Wishful thinking.

You underestimate the Nigerian people's resilience and complacence.

No magic or false hopes would make Gringori president.

Not today.

You are right, but you just mentioned individuals who are in government, forgetting that it is the people that determines the votes. Can't you see Osun, with the power of incumbency, Tinubu factor, money, LGAs , Senators in the state. They still lost. Power belong to the people, not political positions

I feel like replying to everything the OBItuaries are saying but I decided to make my comment independent because after some thoughts about them I realised they are only saying something to make them feel better. Inside the head of one of them, only Igbos left their region to register elsewhere as if the number of Yoruba people in the north alone doesn't amount to millions. Well, make yourselves feel better ooo.

North West 22.67 million voters

North East 12.8 million voters

North Central 14.1 million voters

South West 18.3 million voters

South East 11.49 million voters

South South 15.2 million voters

Don't give any idiot opportunity to tell you South East( Ndigbo) doesn't have significant population.

For certain more than 98% of 11.49 million of the registerd voters in South East are nothing but Ndigbo; People of other ethnic groups don't like staying or living in South East.

More than 30% percent South East people are not living in the South East.

Majority of this more than 30% lives in South West.

The rest are in South South and North.

Now, if you take a look at 18.3 million voters from South West you will see that not less than 4 million are South West based South Easterners.

And if you look at 15.2 million voters from South South you will see that not less than 2 million of the voters are South South based South Easterners.

Apart from South South based South Easterners, there are South South people who identify and are Ndigbo.

More than 4 million South Easterners are based in the North. And they registerd there.

If you add all this numbers together you will see that Yoruba actually doesn't have more people than Ndigbo

Some ignorant ones believe Peter Obi will lose the election..I love the figures from Lagos, South South,North Central, Abuja and Kaduna. These are the places that will determine who will win or lose the election. Peter Obi has to go far in his campaign in my home state of Delta and in Rivers state.Getting 80% votes from these states will erase all the votes the Agbado master will get from Southwest and Borno..In Borno, those ridiculous numbers from Boko Haram infested LGA is no longer possible. Those fake figures won't be appearing.Borno won't record up to 400k votes. Mark my word here.

He's not the only one that can rescue Nigeria even me i can rescue Nigeria because one of buhari's foolishh ministers is my classmate. But Obi is the best option for southern Nigeria as of today as we speak. The north is not interested in anything all they want is their religion. They are against resource control, against equal score for exam applicants, against those against female child marriage, against this, against that, they want to vote only muslim president if vice is northern muslim, they want this they want that. So even though Obi performed more than anyone you want to mention now, I'm not even talking about his performance against, is his religion that matters right now because i cannot be more civilized than my opponents tgat will be foolishness

So, in the period under review, Southsouth performed the best by adding about 3.2million new voters.

That’s about 1million above the almighty Northwest that some fools are urinating on their cloth and choosing an all Muslim ticket to impress.

Rivers State is now the fourth most electoral valuable state in Nigeria too.

If we critically analyze this data and consider how each top candidate stands in the top five states…

You will discover that in Lagos, with the highest number of voters of 7.1million, it is split in an almost 50:50 ratio between Peter Obi and Tinubu. Peter Obi might even pull a surprise and win the state.

The next most valuable state is Kano which is now out of reach of both Tinubu and Atiku. It must be admitted however that the duo of Atiku and Tinubu are still going to garner some votes in the state.

Third on the log, Kaduna, is still open for a taking with Peter Obi’s Running Mate coming from here and with the Southern Kaduna factor, where this state will swing is still be seen. But when you recall that Elrufai of APC is a sitting governor then you won’t dismiss APC still. Atiku and Kwankwaso are also considerably popular here.

The only two states with major voting numbers that is safe for a candidate are Rivers and Delta, two states that are very Obidient.

Let me not bore you with long tales… just want you to see Peter Obi victory staring at your face.
no worry your self...am in Kaduna, Peter Obi will not win but e must surely get over 500k votes.. by God grace I will remind you.. Obidient to the core

For more details on this, please listen to the interview of Kakanso, the presidential aspirant of NNPP.
This election is between PDP and APC.

Oyo, Ogun, Lagos, Ekiti always flow together irrespective of the party in their states.

All this Lagos population, 2/4 are southwest-based easterners and south southerners.

Everyone knows that. Na Igbos full Lagos pass. Go to any street in Lagos, you must see Igbos there.

98% of people in Alaba right now are Igbos, but they are all added to Lagos's population.
