Definitely for ritual purposes. Always Ogun state! Ogun and rituals, they just want to hit it fast without hard or smart work. This menace is fast spreading to other SW states and none of their elders or leaders seem to be bothered. Is it now safe to say that ritual killings, skull mining and all sorts of social vices are condoned by the yorubas and part of their culture?
