I don't think it is an impeachable issue but it is morally wrong.
The money would have gone a long way in appeasing ASSU and even by operational vehicle for our own troops.


If we wanted to show that we are their big brother, we could have given them Nigerian made MRAPs and luxurious/executive vehicles.
