It's very easy for a large and very diverse country like Nigeria to become ungovernable if things fall apart at multiple domestic unit levels e.g. the village, villages, small centres, towns cities etc. And Corruption is a key ingredient. South Africa has rejoined the worst of Africa through the failings of the liberation party, the ANC: Failed services in education, health and infrastructure; Dangerous Wealth Inequality and unemployment levels, and chart topping statistics in insecurity: Rapes and Femicide, Car-jacking, Truck-Jacking, Murder; Electricity Theft, Economic Sabotage etc etc etc

The same police that were angry that local vigilanty in Wase LGA of Plateau State confronted & killed some bandits who had earlier killed some locals. The police through the ppro in the state was angry that the local vigilanty were able to defend themselves against the rampaging murderous blood thirsty demons, and had said they want to arrest the vigilantes & charge them for murder.

The police are not becoming more truthful. This is the age of social media. It is hard for them to cover-up and lie about things like this when citizens with phone cameras are everywhere with access to social media.

We the civilians are on top of the situation. Policemen can now go about their legitimate activities as we have set everything in motion to curtail these bandits.
