Goodmorning good people of Nigeria. Am a 100l student of FUNAAB but am currently working as a sales boy due to ASUU strike. Now i want you to enlighten me on something. I have 700k in my Piggyvest safelock but am not sure of what to do with it.

Please wise and elderly people of Nairaland, Should i use this 700k to further myself in school or should i use it to start a business or even learn a skill. Which one would you suggest i do.

You have a very good savings habit....howbeit that money you have is enough for you start building wealth via offline and online so much that you can become wealthy and Financially stable for the rest of your life!.
However the first thing I'll suggest you do is to reevaluate yourself by doing self discovery (you can Google what this means) and once you have known your purpose and the path you wish to follow then go ahead and start your Investment ventures.
BTW you don't need more than $50 to effectively start a Mentorship towards been Digitally Skilled and whether you like / know it or not that the new normal towards passive earning nobody should ignore no matter your status having a Digital Skill in this world of internet is a plus.
Oberhiri141:

thanks. I have always thought of a digital skill but no conclusion on which digital skill to go for. Do you think learning to code will pay off and why didn't you suggest i continue schooling.
Schooling is constant and you'll be able to foot your schooling fees & activities bill(s) when you are earning @least $200 monthly with your digital skill(s).....As for coding it's alright to learn it if you are a patient person and have a very reliable laptop for learning.....but there are other Digital Skills like content creation that can be learnt faster and use the skill too to earn faster.......I run a Mentorship Online outfit FYI....so I've seen firsthand experience from mentees that have undergone our Mentorship modules and most are earning with the skill.
Know that learning a skill isn't enough but knowing where and how to earn with the learnt skill is key and that is how we structured our Mentorship modules.

Get a plot of land around Funaab or obatonko area, a plot is around 400 to 600k depending on the location. Then invest the rest in bet, forex, crypto. Thank me later.
Nothing beats physical investment

I swear, you just spoke my mind. I thought of having a physical investment like having a land you just mentioned and also something online like crypto but betting is a no for me. Thanks for your suggestion.

We're not far from.one another. I will be cultivating Maize and Cassava. Will you consider investing in my Agricultural projects. Repayments will be done monthly. I also have other side projects on the side I can conveniently make monthly repayments from while we wait the full maturation, harvest and sales of the crops
