The governor has done many of this without issue and the flyovers are being built by Julius Berger. The problem definitely is from the contractor not the governor.

Julius Berger just, messed their name.

They also messed up with the one in artillery by not creating turning point before the traffic light when coming from airforce. Also when it rains, everywhere get flooded between okporo side of the junction down to almost ecobank, whereas the drainage system in place before they work the flyover is a very big one, they saw it yet they couldn't channel the water to it properly.
