The fault was from APN protocol and APN roaming protocol under access point.
Some good fellows like you here told me to change the settings to ipv4. And it is working perfectly fine now

You will have to download the fastboot of official ROM and flash with a PC.

I don't know about a replacement LED but you can try. My current device has no LED and I am alive

I was on 13.0.7 when I got the Android 12 update prompt

I also got the 13.0.10 update prompt as you can see in my previous post, but didn't see it again after updating to A12.
