what they do now is they will restrict you from texting for few hrs or mins and then they will allow and then restrict again.. annoying..

It depend what you were doing on Whatsapp before they can ban you like if you're doing spam or bulk messaging on it, or could it be that you're using a VPN connection. There gat to be something you're doing wrongly.
